They handled the replacement of the curtain located in our Auditorium Sound Booth in Building 3. As they were in the middle of installation, they ran into a snag with the error in determining the ceiling structure type.
Luckily, they were able to get help from another fellow installer and worked several more hours to get the job done. There was a very important event scheduled the very next morning with our COO, so it was mission
critical to have it complete that evening. I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated them doing whatever necessary to get the job done and done well. If we have additional Auditorium related projects in the future, I will be sure to reach out to you all.

"Extremely Helpful"
I called the Pensacola store and the employee on the phone was great..I needed makeup in a rush and the call was actually fun. My wife and daughter picked up the kits and the staff had already pulled a selection and gave advice freely. Jane said they were "extremely helpful" about nine times when she finally made it home after rehearsal. Great job and Im looking forward to stopping by before Halloween this year
